   I love the Hourglass and have to say that I had a small leak with mine when I first got it and I called the company and they immediately sent me new gaskets that fixed the problem. Not only am I impressed with the product because it makes fantastic coffee but the customers service was great. You don’t see that too often anymore.

   This is a really convenient and easy to use product, if you need low acid coffee try it.
